Facilitation payments, kickbacks, or improper gifts and hospitality.
Financial misstatement, falsified records, or misuse of company assets.
Unsafe practices on the factory floor or on site, and worker-welfare breaches.
Discrimination, harassment, or undeclared conflicts of interest.
Reports may be made anonymously. Kanama prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, and protects the identity of every reporter to the fullest extent possible.
