These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Kanama Integra Spatia and its affiliates (“Kanama Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of kanama.id (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

“Kanama”, the Kanama Group wordmark, and related names and logos are trademarks of PT Kanama Integra Spatia. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.
Information you submit through enquiry or contact forms must be accurate and your own to share. You grant us the right to use such information to respond to you and to prepare proposals. Do not submit confidential third-party information without authorisation.
Any proposal, quotation, design, or project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Kanama Group. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional advice, or a commitment to provide services, and the Site content may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
The Site may reference or link to third-party content and websites. We provide these for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta, in accordance with its rules in force at the time.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any documents expressly referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kanama Group regarding the Site.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date shown above indicates the latest revision, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
